At BORHANI, we believe that receiving your order should be as seamless as purchasing it. That’s why we’ve designed a smooth and hassle-free shipping process from start to finish. From fast order processing within 3 working days to reliable delivery through Royal Mail, we ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Whether you choose standard delivery or upgrade to First Class or Next Day options, we keep you informed every step of the way. Our dedicated team is always ready to assist with any shipping queries, so you can shop with confidence and ease.
All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Custom or tailored orders may require additional time and will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email.
Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 working days for delivery within the UK. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen postal delays.
If you select First Class or Next Day Delivery at checkout, your order will be prioritised and dispatched accordingly. Additional charges apply based on your selection and will be shown during the checkout process.
We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries. Tracking details (where applicable) will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method selected and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be automatically applied based on eligibility.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. BORHANI is not liable for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with Royal Mail to receive the parcel.
At this time, our primary shipping services are limited to the United Kingdom. For international orders or enquiries, please contact us directly.
If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At BORHANI, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right, and we’re here to ensure a smooth and fair return or exchange process.
BORHANI accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
In original packaging with tags and labels intact
Free from damage or alteration
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note, we do not accept returns for custom-made or tailored items, unless the item is faulty or not as ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request an exchange or full refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence if required.
In cases where the wrong size has been ordered, BORHANI will offer an exchange for the correct size, provided the item meets our return conditions. Return shipping for exchanges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.

Please include your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for your return or exchange request.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s). We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the safe and confirmed return of your parcel.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty
Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may not issue a refund
The following items are not eligible for return:
Tailor-made or customized garments
Used or worn clothing, shoes, or accessories
Items returned after 14 days from delivery
Items not in original condition or missing tags/packaging
